www.travelocourse.com is owned and operated by Big Rental Networks Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India. Your use of the Website and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use“) as applicable to the Website including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If you transact on the Website, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Website for such transaction. By mere use of the Website, You shall be contracting with Big Rental Networks Pvt. Ltd and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute your binding obligations, with Big Rental Networks Pvt. Ltd. For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on the Website by providing Registration Data while registering on the Website as Registered User using the computer systems.  www.travelocourse.com allows the User to surf the Website or making purchases without registering on the Website. The term “We“, “Us“, “Our” shall mean Big Rental Networks Pvt. Ltd. When You use any of the services provided by Us through the Website, including but not limited to, (e.g. Product Reviews, Seller Reviews), You will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Terms of Use and shall be considered as part and parcel of this Terms of Use. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without any prior written notice to you.


  1. The student who is enrolled with Travel O Course will have to regularly work hard. In case, if the trainer feels that the student is not working hard, creating indiscipline in the institute or in bus/van, irregular in attendance, not responding properly, he/she may be expelled from the institute. The decision of the Centre Incharge in this regard will be final and binding on the student. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
  2. After depositing money towards registration, if a student becomes disinterested in the institute due to any reason whatsoever and wants to take his/her money back, the institute will not refund the money deposited towards registration/admission fee. The registration/admission deposited towards a particular course will not be adjusted against any other course as mentioned for students who pay the fee in installments.
  3. In case if any parent/guardian misbehaves with any staff member of the institute, his/her ward can be rusticated from the institute and no claim of refund of such student will be entertained. The decision of the Managing Director will be final and binding on the student and parent/guardian.
  4. A student is not allowed to use mobile phone/i-pod in the institute, it should be switched off. The institute is not responsible for nay loss/theft of mobile phone in the institute.
  5. The institute shall not be responsible for providing sitting arrangement to the parents while the classes and or tests of their wards shall be on.
  6. If any student/parent insists on lump sum payment of fee the institute can accept the fee in lump sum also. The refund policy for such student will be applicable as mentioned for students who pay the fee in installments.
  7. If any student absents himself/herself for more than 7 classes continuously without prior written application, he/she may be seems to be expelled from the institute. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases. The decision of managing director in this regard will be final and binding on the students and parents.
  8. Incomplete form will be rejected. It is compulsory to attach residence proof and income proof of parents in case of talking discount under economically week scheme and passport size photograph to the admission from. The institute reserves the right to use the photograph for publicity in case the student secures position/success in his/her school or any entrance examination.
  9. The parents can meet in the Centre for any enquiry about their ward progress or any other problem concerning their ward with the prior appointment only.
  10.  Any change of address or phone no. should be notified to the office without delay.
  11.  Travel O Course institute reserves its right to make any alterations in its program/fees without any prior notice to anybody.
  12.  I authorize Travel O Course institute to contact and send communication/information by sms, e-mail, post on the above mentioned communication details given by me.
  13.  Once a student joins the study centre offered (irrespective of his/her choice of study centre opted before joining), no requested for change of study centre will be entertained, nor the course fee paid will be refunded under any circumstances.
  14. The registered office of Travel O Course institute is at Delhi. In case of dispute, student/parents are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of appropriate courts in Delhi. All disputes shall be referred to the sole arbitrator by Management of Travel O Course institute. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final & binding. The arbitrator so appointed shall not be incapacitated for reasons of their being the employment of Travel O Course institute or its sister concern and for reasons of having any prior linkage with the company.
  15. If Incase fee is refundable. Total fee before scholarship (Economic weaker section Discount) will be considered not discounted fee. No fee shall be refunded in case of scholar student.
  16. Fee structure of the student/ward will be:Total Fee: …………… (Before/after scholarship), discounted Fee: ……..Installments are: ……….
  17. Job Guarantee will be applicable with every student who has completed the software course (GDS Training & Exam). If any student can’t able to get a job within 6 months of the completion of course his/her full fee will be refunded by the institute (Under Money back Guarantee Scheme).
  18. If Any Student Reject the job Due to any Reason the job Guarantee should not be applicable. Students can’t have any preference in choosing job in any company for themselves.
  19. Jobs will be provided according to the vacancies vacant on that point of time when the course is completed.
  20. Government will not be responsible for any promises done by the institute or any individual in the institute.
  21. I have read the terms & conditions and other information as mentioned in the prospectus & promise to abide by the same.
  22. Online practical training will be provided only to the students who will do full diploma course or pay separately for the Training.
  23. Registration fee charged at the time of admission will not be refunded at any time before or after the Training period.
  24. Job Placement and basic Training of Travel & Tourism will be provided free of cost to every student who will register with Travel O Course but there will be the job assurance for every student registered with Travel O Course. Job Guarantee will only applicable after the certification from GDS software Company.
  25. Travel O Course Institute main aim is to spread awareness about largest growing industry of Travel & Tourism in all small and large cities of India and give the basic and professional knowledge towards the field and help the students to get the job placement in millions of Travel agencies in India and abroad.
